Due to the new decree 933, we need to collect more guest data. This may lead to a longer check-in process at reception, so we recommend checking in online from home to avoid long waits at reception and enjoy your holiday sooner.
If you haven't completed your check-in yet, please remember you can do it online now.

Below we explain the key collection process:
1. Key collection and check-in will take place at Hotel Villa España: C/ del Mercat, 9, 03501 Benidorm, Alicante.
2. Indicate your booking locator and reservation holder, and the reception staff will hand you the keys.
3. You can now go to Magic Atrium Plaza apartments. (Av. L'Aigüera, 3, 03501 Benidorm, Alicante) The apartment is located in a residential area, so you can park your car in a blue zone or in the building's parking garage for a nightly fee.
On your departure day, you will need to leave the keys at the same collection point.
If you have any problems during key collection or drop-off, you can call 96 585 16 54 (Mon-Fri from 9:00-20:00, Sat from 10:00-14:00)
If you wish to contact us outside these hours, you can reach us at 965 860 707 (Monday to Friday from 20:00, Saturdays from 14:00, Sundays and public holidays).
The security deposit and booking prepayment will be charged before arrival. The deposit will be charged to your booking credit card and will be refunded within 72 hours after your departure, once the apartment has been checked. In case of cash payment, it will be refunded by bank transfer.
